Tenant Find Service

£350 + VAT

If you’re a hands-on landlord and prefer to handle the day to day management of your property yourself, we can assist in finding you a tenant. We will carry out the same checks as our full management service, provide all of the necessary paperwork (including tenancy and guarantor agreements) and once the tenant has moved in, pass the reigns back to you.

Our Full Management service provides you with complete peace of mind. From finding reliable tenants to ensuring all legal compliance is met, we will cover every aspect of letting your property.

This truly is the ultimate ‘hands off’ approach for Landlords. With over 25 years’ experience in the lettings industry, Manhatten Property can be trusted to ensure you’re given the best advice and found the most suitable tenant.

We will arrange and conduct all viewings, as well as arranging all tenancy and credit checks so that your tenant’s referencing is completely and formally documented. We will draw up a suitable tenancy agreement and will ensure a full photographic condition report is created before the tenant moves in, minimising issues or disagreements at the end of the tenancy.

Once the tenant has moved in, we will collect rent monthly and regular inspections will be conducted so that your investment is protected for the future. We will also advise and arrange any repairs that may be necessary and will handle the complete end of tenancy process.
