If you’re a hands-on landlord and prefer to handle the day to day management of your property yourself, we can assist in finding you a tenant. We will carry out the same checks as our full management service, provide all of the necessary paperwork (including tenancy and guarantor agreements) and once the tenant has moved in, pass the reigns back to you.

Once the tenant has moved in, we will collect rent monthly and regular inspections will be conducted so that your investment is protected for the future. We will also advise and arrange any repairs that may be necessary and will handle the complete end of tenancy process.
