The Space

Hedley Cottage is home to a spacious, yet cosy living area where you’ll find a comfy sofa, flat screen TV and a dining table. It really is the perfect place for you and your partner to relax on your stay in the charming town of Yarm.

You’ll also come across the modern kitchen which has all of the amenities you need for your self-catering stay. The oven has more than enough capacity for you to prepare a hearty meal, and on top of that you’ll be able to make excellent use of Hedley Cottage’s microwave, kettle and washing machine during your visit.

The upstairs bedroom is homely and fresh, with the king sized bed taking centre stage. The room is freshly refurbished with a nice soft carpet and lovely wooden wardrobe. Staying upstairs in Hedley Cottage, the bathroom continues the modern feel to the interior of the property containing a bath with a powerful shower, a toilet and a sink.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Known as one of the most scenic towns in North Yorkshire, Yarm has a whole host of places to eat, drink and explore during your stay. Getting Around

Hedley Cottage is located just off Yarm High Street so the market town can be easily explored on foot.

Both Yarm Green Lane and Eaglescliffe train stations are within walking distance of the cottage and both routes have great links to surrounding towns.
Darlington is only a 20 minute journey from Eaglescliffe and has great access links to Newcastle, Leeds, York, London and Edinburgh.
