Located amongst the beach, golf club, Tynemouth park and a whole host of independent eateries and shops you are ideally placed to enjoy the local area.

The Space

A cool and modern apartment, Sea Breeze @ Tynemouth boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in fine and easy living for a wonderful getaway on the Northumberland coast.

At the beating heart of this property is the combined living and dining room. The living room is simple in style with two rich blue sofas, dressed with a selection of scatter cushions, a wooden coffee table and a wall mounted flatscreen TV equipped with Netflix. The dining table and its four chairs sit in prime spot, just in front of the bay window, looking out onto a quiet residential street.

The galley style kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, kettle and toaster. The drawers and cupboards are home to a selection of dinnerware, cookware and cutlery, you will have everything you need for your short break.

Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds, dressed with crisp white linen and plump pillows . Each room styled with a patterned feature wall and finished with colourful soft furnishings.

Head to the bathroom and you’ll find a large shower, wash basin and WC within this modern space.

Neighbourhood

Steeped in history with strong maritime connections, Sea Breeze @ Tynemouth is located in the upmarket seaside town of Tynemouth. Boasting a beautiful sandy beach, a Victorian boating lake and an array of independent cafes, restaurants and bars, there is truly something for everyone in Tynemouth. Enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront, amble along the promenade to the popular North Shields Fish Quay or explore the Blue Reef Aquarium. If you have little ones, they’ll love Tynemouth Park where there is a dinosaur themed mini golf course and pedalo boats.

We’d also recommend visiting Whitley Bay during your stay where you can enjoy two miles of golden sands and experience incredible views of the coastline from the Victorian lighthouse on St Mary’s Island. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat, head to Spanish City where you’ll find a Renaissance-style hall transformed with a fish and chip restaurant, a traditional tearoom, a waffle and pancake house and a champagne bar inside.

Getting Around

There is a metro station located in Tynemouth with frequent routes to South Shields and Newcastle so you can explore the North East easily.

You’ll also find a number of bus stops throughout the town. Hop on the Arriva 306 route which travels to Newcastle with stops in North Shields and Jesmond amongst others.
